Hicks joins Warrington for the 2008 season after a very successful season with Manly in the NRL, who lost in the Grand Final to Melbourne. Chris is an established winger, but has had experience at centre and full back during his career. He is also a prominent goal kicker.

The Australian has been given the number 2 shirt, vacated by the departed Henry Fa'afili and he will have to fill the Kiwi's boots in a big way.
