The Warrington born prop made his debut in 2005 after making his way through the academy system with the help of the Squadbuilder program. He has made 28 appearances for the first team, all but one coming off the interchange bench.
Pickers managed the amazing feat of appearing in every U18 and every U21 game in the 2004 season, before touring Australia and New Zealand with the England academy. He is out of contract at the end of 2008 and is playing for his future at the club.
