Pryce signed for Saints from Bradford after expressing his wish to play as a first choice stand off, rather than the three-quarter positions he was asked to play in for the Bulls. The Bradford born Great Britain international has gotten his wish at Knowsley Road and seems to be benefiting from a half back partnership with Sean Long.
A former England schools captain, Pryce has made 15 appearances for Great Britain prior to the 2008 season in a variety of positions. In 2007, he was voted Super League's dirtiest player after a number of high profile incidents, namely an assault on the groin of Bradford prop Sam Burgess. Pryce still has a lot to learn in his favoured stand off role and a lot to prove also.
