Oldham await ground news
Oldham are continuing to plan for the new season, despite not having found a ground to play at yet.
The Roughyeds left Boundary Park at the end of 2009 and after a troubled autumn, chairman Chris Hamilton is working hard to secure a new home for the Championship 1 side.
He told the club's official website: "Things are progressing and we will do all we can to make sure people are informed as soon as we can tell them something.
"I can say, though, that from the club's perspective we are pleased at how things are going."
The club are selling season tickets priced at £100 - working out at £7.69 per game - and have completed the signing of second-rower Kashley Watkins, older brother of Leeds youngster Kallum.
The 21-year-old has previously played for the Rhinos and Warrington, and is the Roughyeds fifth signing for the new campaign - following on from Danny Whitmore (Salford), Ben Mellor (Warrington), Valu Bentley (France) and Dave Ellison (London)
