Hull FC will head to Wembley on the back of a routine 26-6 win over Harlequins at KC Stadium.
With one eye on the Carnegie Challenge Cup final the home side played a sometimes scrappy game, but their opponents failed to produce much in the way of attack.
The defeat means that Quins will miss out on a place in the engage Super League play-offs.
Ewan Dowes opened the scoring for Hull after just nine minutes, Danny Tickle adding the conversion and a penalty goal to make the score 8-0.
A second try was a long time coming until Motu Tony, who picked up an injury, crossed just before half time, Tickle adding his third goal.
Graeme Horne crossed for the first try of the second half, Tickle converting, but it took until the final ten minutes for Kirk Yeaman to further the Hull lead, Lee Radford kicking an unlikely goal.
Harlequins added a modicum of respect to the scoreline with a try from Chris Melling converted by Rob Purdham.
