The injury-ravaged Titans battled gamely throughout but were eventually overcome by a strong second half performance from the Sea Eagles.
In front of another impressive Gold Coast crowd of 21,374, Manly strengthed their hold on the top of the NRL table thanks to tries from Catalans-bound Steven Bell, Steve Menzies, Jamie Lyon, David Williams and a brace from Brett Stewart.
Anthony Laffranchi, backing up after representing New South Wales in the State of Origin decider, was the stand-out performer for the home side as he claimed both of the Titans tries.
The Sea Eagles Kiwi international Steve Matai will be a doubt for next week after being taken to hospital late in the game with bleeding to the lungs.
The Titans' Mark Minichiello also left the field late in the match with an ankle injury.
