Bradford ended their recent poor run of form by gaining revenge for their Challenge Cup quarter final defeat to Hull.
The Bulls raced in to a 16-0 lead and never looked like losing from then, scoring seven tries in total to win 36-22.
Any thoughts that the Bulls would lose their fifth game in a row were effectively put to bed in the first 12 minutes, as the home side scored three quick tries.
Lynch was first to cross for the Bulls as he was on the end of Newton’s short pass to smash his way over before Sykes added a second.
Tadulala then found room to score Bradford’s third quick try in the corner, as a result of a clever long pass.
Houghton thought he had pulled Hull back into the match when he capitalised on a slip from Bradford’s full-back to score but the Bulls restored their lead when Rugby Union bound Shontayne Hape grabbed a try.
Yeaman ensured Hull would be within sight at half-time as he scored his first try but after the break, a second burst of scoring from the Bulls put them into a safe lead.
Hape fed Tadulala to score his second and he was followed in 3 minutes later when Platt went some way to atoning for his earlier slip as he broke clear to give Terry Newton a clear run in.
Hull again refused to lie down however, as they staged a mini-revival, Manu scoring an eye catching try before Yeaman scored his second from an interception.
But Cook ensured Bradford would have the final say, when he was able to barge over with 4 minutes remaining.
