Tootill failed to make any appearances for Harlequins in 2007, after his move from the youth set up at Leeds. He played much of the year in the Quins Under 21 side, and underwent surgery at the end of the campaign, but is expected to be fit in 2008, where he will be looking to make his first Super League appearance, having been named as 18th man on a number of occasions last year.
