Last Tackle covers Super League, the National Leagues, the NRL, International matches, the amateur game and much more. We provide the latest rugby league news, views through our forum, merchandise through our affiliated shop and the latest scores through our fantastic live scores service.

We have built links with Super League and NRL clubs to enhance our news coverage, and continue to look at developing further links with other clubs in all areas of the rugby league world. If you want to submit your club news to us, however big or small your club may be, then please get in touch with us.

Since August 2006, the site was been loyally sponsored by Rugby League consultancy company Code13Consulting.co.uk, who provided the template design of the current website as well as continuing to supply graphics for the site. Run by Steven Devonshire, Code13 provide graphical design that is second to none. Our association with Code13 has increased even further in 2008 with Last Tackle providing much of the content and basis for the fantastic Code13 Rugby League Magazine, which can be purchased through this website. LastTackle.com itself was put together and coded by James Gordon and John Flanagan.

The main two contributors to the site are James and Tony Williams, who has seen his own editorial Eye on Rugby League become one of the most popular features of Last Tackle. Their passion and dedication for the sport is reflected by the content on the website, and they hope that this enthusiasm rubs off on rugby league followers when they visit Last Tackle.

As our profile increases, more and more contributors have come on board. Our site could not operate without our dedicated team of volunteers, which include a host of writers, reporters and live scores assistants.

Hit statistics continue to rise as our coverage gets better and better, and more fans learn about our excellent rugby league service. We continue to do as much as we can to increase our profile, including sponsoring a number of clubs, including Gateshead Thunder, Kent Ravens and Northallerton Stallions. James Gordon has a regular column in the matchday programme for Harlequins RL and Leigh Centurions, and we continue to contribute to a wide range of rugby league forums with our service. Our sponsors Code13 have also produced a number of postcards advertising LastTackle.com, which are distributed throughout the country.
