Kirk joined the club prior to the start of last season and proved to be a very astute capture. The former Hull FC man, who switched codes to join Northampton in 2006, is a versatile three-quarter and also a very useful goalkicker.

After a highly impressive campaign in 2007, scoring the 23 tries and finishing the season as the Tigers leading try scorer, Kirk will be looking to establish himself as a Super League regular.
